SHIPPING POLICY

Don Francisco’s is committed to freshness. We roast our coffees daily and ship within the next business day of the order. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and inform you of the delay and expected delivery time.

Your order will be shipped USPS, unless otherwise specified. Please refer to the Shipping Cost Section to determine correct amount. Any questions please call 800-697-5282(Monday - Friday 7:30 am- 4:30 pm PST)

We currently do not accept UPS 2 Day Air, or UPS 3 Day select shipping options through our website. Please call for these shipping options: 800-697-JAVA (Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm PST).

Delivery Schedule

1. UPS Ground Service

We use UPS Ground Services for deliveries of larger items or if specified by the customer to the Continental USA (48 contiguous states). Shipping to a physical mailing address typically arrives between five (5) and seven (7) business days. Not available to P.O Boxes

2. UPS 2nd Day Air

UPS 2nd Day Air is only available before 1 pm. PST for delivery within the Continental USA (48 contiguous states). Shipping to a physical mailing address typically arrives by the end of the second business day. Please call for cost and details. Not available to P.O Boxes ( If we accept 2nd and 3rd day this statement above can be removed.)

3. UPS 3 Day Select

UPS 3 Day Select is only available for delivery within the Continental USA (48 contiguous states). Shipping to a physical mailing address typically arrives by the end of the third business day. Please call for cost and details. Not available to P.O Boxes

4. USPS Priority Mail

We use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for all deliveries including Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes APO/FPO, Canada and USA territories (PR, VI, GU). Please refer to the shipping cost section for additional shipping charges.
