What information does Don Francisco's Coffee collect?
Don Francisco's Coffee collects just enough information to process your order and contact you if there are any problems. We use your email address as your personal identifier so we can send you information regarding your order, the status of your group/organization, and any sales or updates if you so request. All order verifications and status updates are sent via email to you.
What does Don Francisco's Coffee do to protect my personal financial information?
Your financial information is very important to us and is not given out in any way. All vital information is protected with the industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) encryption using industry-leading Verisign technology. Any time you must leave personal financial information such as credit card numbers, we transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format.
Don Francisco's Coffee makes every effort to protect your online order information by using a secured server.
All transactions are encrypted while in transit. All personal and credit card information transmitted to our system is protected by high-grade RC4 128-bit encryption. This level of security is much greater than disclosing your credit card number via telephone.
